Our History

CONSER’s roots trace back to 1969, when an office was established in the United Arab Emirates to address the burgeoning civil engineering needs of the emerging nation. Recognized for exceptional work quality, the company’s expansion was inevitable. This led to the establishment of branches in other emirates and a head design office in Dubai, facilitating high-quality operations and enabling CONSER to compete with international and regional firms across the Arabian Gulf Region.

CONSER swiftly established a strong presence in the Levant. Initially focusing on road and highway projects, its expertise expanded to encompass diverse civil projects, including water and environmental initiatives, bridge and interchange design, architecture, marine engineering, and urban planning. Despite challenges, the company ensured uninterrupted, top-tier service for its clients. With a steadfast commitment to excellence, CONSER maintained a customer satisfaction rate exceeding 90%, with 80% of its business stemming from repeat clients. Five decades later, CONSER remains dedicated to serving the region, delivering numerous successful projects and consistently surpassing client expectations. I am delighted to announce that our Head Office in the UAE has now become an independent entity discontinuing all associations with any existing secondary branches. This move marks a significant step in independently managing our 50+ years of expertise and refocusing on what we know best.
